Shipping & Returns Policies


Shipping Policy


ShoppeWatch will pay for FREE Ground shipping for every order via UPS or USPS depending on the order. If you decide to return an item, note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS or USPS. Delivery time via Ground can range from 5 to 7 business days.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at http://www.ups.com. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked at the link below.

Shipping services:

Standard Shipment to Customers in the Continental United States.
Cost: Free
Transit Time: Within 7 business days

Expedited Shipment to Customers in the Continental United States
Cost: $15 plus $5 for each additional item
Transit Time: 3 business days

Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Cost: $25 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 3 business days (expedited delivery only)

Shipment to Military Bases (AA, AE, AP, FP) or U.S. Territories (GU, VI etc.).
Cost: $19.90 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 7-10 business days. Shipment will be by the United States Post Office

Shipment to Canada
Cost: $20 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 7-10 business days
Note: We are not responsible for Import Duties and VAT (value added taxes)

International Shipments
Cost: $39 plus $15 for each additional item
Transit time: 7-14 days
Note: We are not responsible for Import Duties and VAT (value added taxes)

Shipping Restrictions

For APO and FPO and P.O. Box addresses we will ship by the United States Post Office. UPS does not deliver to these addresses.

Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.


Shipping and Item Problems

Domestic Orders

If an item that was shipped is lost or damaged, please contact us to initiate a tracer or to process a claim for the package. After UPS or USPS conduct an investigation and claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item, insurance reimbursement will be issued to ShoppeWatch.com and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. Claims can take two weeks to process. In the event that the item(s)is/are no longer available and a alternative item is not wanted, we will refund your original payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please email ShoppeWatch.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. For further details, please read the "Watch Returns Policy," below

International Orders

We currently only ship to Australia, Austria Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and the United Kingdom. More countries may be added in the future.

International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes.

These are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not assess duties and taxes on our International orders.

If an International order arrives in a damaged condition or is not received at all, an insurance claim must be processed and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is made by us. If the item is received damaged, please contact us by email at customerservice[at]shoppewatch.com within five business days of delivery to carry out a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.


Watch Return Policy


Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the order date provided the watch is in brand new and unaltered condition (unworn) with all original materials and booklets intact. Watches showing any sign of wear or that have been sized (by anyone other than BlueDial) cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

ALL returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 30 days of order date, and returned back to us no later than 10 days after an RMA has been issued. Please email us at customercare[at]shoppewatch.com to request for an RMA and for the return mailing address. Your email must include your order number, address and the reasons for the return or exchange.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a $10 shipping fee.

Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx). The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection by the Returns Department to ensure that the watch is unworn and retains its original tags, plastics, box and manual before we process your refund or exchange request.

Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear can not be returned. Most of our watches are being shipped with a return seal. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for those watches with a designated return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, return is void. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed.

Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify us immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else. Watches with proven factory defects (as determined by ShoppeWatch.com) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage.

Picture or description discrepancies on our web site or other advertising are not considered defects.

Out of the box visual defects MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage.

All returns must include non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (parts, instruction manuals...). Otherwise, additional restocking fees may apply.

All shipping charges are not refundable.

Watches which have been sized are not returnable.

Shipping charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
