1.  Are ShoppeWatch's watches real and authentic?
All watches sold by us are 100% guaranteed to be brand new, authentic and genuine. We do not ever sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches come in the original packaging with all original paperwork and factory serial numbers, if applicable

2.  How long will my watch take to arrive?
Provided your item is in stock your watch will usually be dispatched within 2 working days from your purchase. For In Land Deliveries expect your watch to arrive within 7 days and for International Deliveries and those to APO/FPO Military bases 7-14 days.

3.  What Types of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept payments by credit card from MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments from Paypal.

4.  How is my credit card charged?
When you place your order a pre-authorization is taken on your credit card. This simply checks to make sure you provided a valid credit card number that it has the available balance to cover the cost of the watch you ordered. We will only charge your card once the watch ships.

5.  What Are the Shipping Charges?
Standard Shipment to Customers in the Continental United States.
Cost: Free
Transit Time: 7 days

Expedited Shipment to Customers in the Continental United States
Cost: $15 plus $5 for each additional item
Transit Time: 3 days

Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Cost: $25 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 3 days (expedited delivery only)

Shipment to Military Bases (AA, AE, AP, FP) or U.S. Territories (GU, VI etc.).
Cost: $19.90 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 7-10 days. Shipment will be by the United States Post Office

Shipment to Canada
Cost: $25 plus $10 for each additional item
Transit Time: 7-10 days
Note: We are not responsible for Import Duties and VAT (value added taxes)

International Shipments
Cost: $35 plus $15 for each additional item
Transit time: 7-14 days
Note: We are not responsible for Import Duties and VAT (value added taxes)

6.  Is Your Website Secure?
Yes. Our secure checkout server uses an encrypted cipher (SSL) so that your information including name, address and payment details are encrypted at all times making it impossible for hackers and scammers to steal your details. In addition, we use sophisticated Internet fraud screening protocols to protect credit card transactions.

7.  Will my information be passed onto any 3rd Parties?
No. Your personal information will never be passed onto any other company including other companies owned by us. Your personal information safety is important to us so we always ensure that you details are never sold, viewed or passed onto any other person or company.

8.  How Do I return my watch and are there any fees?
ALL returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 15 days of order delivery, and returned back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA has been issued. Please email us at customercare[at]shoppewatch.com to request for an RMA. Your email must include your order number, address and the reasons for the return or exchange. 9.  How do I size the metal bracelet watch that I purchased?
We suggest you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service. There is a reasonable chance you will have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. This is best done with the wearer of the watch present. We request that you do not try to size your own watch. It is possible that you may damage or otherwise scratch the watch and bracelet. We will not accept a watch that has been damaged or scratched that is returned.

10.  What’s the battery life like and when will I need to change it?
The batteries within our watches have a 1 year guarantee on them. This means that you will not have to change the battery for 1 year. The only exception is if the watch becomes damaged in anyway by the wearer.

11.  Is Waterproof Actually Waterproof?
Unless stated a watch is only splash proof which means that if the watch is “splashed” by water by accident then the watch will be alright but it is not meant to be submerged, so do not do so. If the watch is marked as waterproof it will be shown by a depth marker which informs you at what depth the watch will remain waterproof and undamaged.

12.  Does ShoppeWatch ship to International locations?
Yes, we ship to International locations provided that your transaction can be verified by your bank.

13.  Does ShoppeWatch ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories?
Yes, ShoppeWatch can ship orders to most valid U.S. territories such as Virgin Islands and Guam. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service. There is an additional $17 fee for this service and it is not for free as in the case of shipments to the Continental USA . Please allow 7 -10 days for delivery.

14.  Does ShoppeWatch ship to APO or other foreign military addresses?
Yes, we can ship orders to most valid U.S. military addresses such as APOs. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. There is an additional $17 fee for this service and it is not for free as in the case of shipments to the Continental USA . Please allow 7 -10 days for delivery.

15.  Are ShoppeWatch shipments insured?
Yes, ShoppeWatch, at its own expense, insures all orders prior to shipping so there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments.

16.  How do I track my order after it is placed?
We will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to url of the courier company through which your item has been shipped. To get the status on the order simply enter the tracking number in the appropriate field at the destination page of the link.

17.  Will I need to be present to received the delivery?
No, on most orders we do not require a signature for the delivery. However, we highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries lost shipments. All orders over 300 require a signature upon delivery.

18.  Can I ship the order to an address other than my credit card's billing address?
At this time, ShoppeWatch can only ship to your credit card's billing address unless you contact your credit card company and add your shipping address on file as an alternate address.

19.  Do all ShoppeWatch's watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all watches sold from ShoppeWatch include a warranty.

20.  What do I do if the watch I want to order is out of stock?
Please email us at customercare[at]shoppewatch.com with the model number and a valid email address and we will automatically notify you when it is available. Unfortunately we do not take back-orders for watches.

21.  The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me?
No, unfortunately all the watches that we carry are listed on our web site. If the brand or model is not listed, then we do not carry it.

22.  The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid?
Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be trackable. This typically happens around 7 to 8 PM pacific time on business days only.

23.  The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me?
We recommend that you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service.

24.  I need to get the battery changed in my watch?
Please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.  If you have further questions please send us an email at customerservice[at]shoppewatch.com

25.  I would like to exchange my watch, what do I need to do?
